We start by meeting to discuss your wishes for a getaway or trip. We either welcome you over a cup of coffee in our Bordeaux office, or we travel to your home or workplace. We take the time to fully understand your expectations, discover your personality and define your budget. We will then send you a first detailed proposal with your itinerary, which we will fine-tune together. Once the quotation has been accepted, we can start making reservations. You will have a single contact person from the first appointment until your return for a friendly debriefing.

AT YOUR SIDE IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES

During the preparation of your trip, we are always available by phone and e-mail to answer your questions and tailor your itinerary. We will give you everything you need to know for your trip, including information about your destination (currency, language, customs and habits) and can assist you in your administrative procedures (visas, authorisations, etc.). While you are travelling, your contact person can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to adjust your itinerary as needed or to assist you in the event of an unforeseen event or incident.

Depending on your requests and needs during your stay, we can call on our local contacts to find the address, guide or spot that you are looking for. We are always listening to our partners to find out about the latest treasures, whether they're next door or at the other end of the world.
